We are located right at Shop No 9 in the shopping complex in Shaheed Gunj. It's a busy part of Srinagar, and we've been here at this spot for quite some time now. People usually find us easily because the 190001 area is central. We mostly spend our mornings checking on cars and making sure drivers are ready for the day. Sometimes the tea runs out faster than the paperwork gets done. It's just a small office with a few desks and chairs. We deal with people wanting to see the mountains or go down to the lakes. Srinagar is a place where things move slow one day and fast the next. We try to keep things simple. If someone walks in, we sit down and talk about where they want to go. There is no big fancy setup here. Just us and some maps and phone lines that sometimes act up. When the winters come, the heating in the complex is what we focus on most. In summers, it's about keeping the dust out. We know the roads around here well because we live here. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the routes to Gulmarg and Pahalgam. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to hotels and checking if the passes are open. It’s basic work but it keeps us busy. We like being near the market because everything is close by if we need a quick lunch or some stamps.
