Giri Traders

Down here in Tottambedu, things move a little slower than they do in the big cities. Giri Traders is located at 2/42 in Bonupalli. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which we quite like. We’ve been running this place for a while, just handling the trade of local goods. The shop has become a small part of the community here. We know most of the farmers and the families who live just down the road. It’s not a big fancy operation with lots of employees. There is a front room where we meet people and a back area used for storage. The floor is just plain concrete and the shelves are made of wood we put up ourselves years ago. Dust from the road gets inside quite often, so we are always wiping things down. We don't bother with a website or any modern advertising. If someone wants to know what we have, they just walk in and ask us directly. Usually, we end up talking about the weather or the local crops for a bit. It’s a very local way of doing things. Prices are kept as fair as possible because we know everyone’s situation around here. Some days the delivery truck is late because the roads are narrow, but we just wait it out. There’s no point in getting stressed over small things. When evening comes, we pull the gate shut and head home. It’s honest work that keeps us busy throughout the year.
