Active Physiotherapy Clinic

We’ve been running Active Physiotherapy Clinic here in Ambedkar Nagar for a while now. Most days it’s just us helping people get back on their feet or deal with some back pain that won’t go away. The clinic isn't anything fancy, just a clean place with the right equipment to get the job done. We see folks from all over the neighborhood. Sometimes they come in after an injury or just because they’ve been sitting at a desk too long and their neck hurts. It’s a busy spot, but we try to keep things calm so people can focus on their recovery. We’ve got a couple of rooms for private sessions and some open space for exercises. People usually walk in or give us a call when they’re feeling stiff. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is always on the exercises and the physical stuff. It can be hard work, both for us and the people coming in, but it’s what we do every day. Ambedkar Nagar is a good place to be, and we know most of the regulars by now. If you’re looking for the place, it’s right here in the middle of things. We open up pretty early most mornings to catch people before they go to work. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't use big words or complicated explanations, just practical movements to help the body move better again. We hope people feel okay here.
