Our place is at 6.78 Sri Ram Nagar on the road where the Care Hospital is in Rajam. It’s a pretty easy place to spot. We’ve been operating out of this location for a bit now. We mostly handle local building projects. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various sites we have going. Construction isn’t always predictable. One day everything goes perfect and the next day you’re dealing with a broken pipe or a missing shipment. We just try to stay level-headed about it. There are a few of us who run the daily operations. We don't have a big HR department or a PR firm. If there’s a problem, you just talk to us directly. We use local labor whenever we can because it’s better for the community. The roads around here can get a bit crowded, so getting materials delivered on time is sometimes a challenge. We’ve learned to plan for delays. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build solid walls and roofs. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of coffee and early mornings. We like being based in Rajam. It’s got a good feel to it. Most of our projects are within a short drive from here. We just want to get the job done and move on to the next one without too much fuss.
