Sri Bhagavathi Bhagavan Flour Mill

Sri Bhagavathi Bhagavan Flour Mill is located on Police Station Road in Rajam. It’s a simple name for a simple place. We spend our days grinding grain. The sound of the machines is the main thing you notice when you walk in. It’s constant and quite loud. There’s always a bit of flour dust in the air, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. The police station is just down the road, so it’s a fairly easy place for people to find. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the mill runs right every day. We get people coming in from all over Rajam with their own bags to fill. It’s been this way for a long time. The building is old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't affect the way the flour comes out. We don't have a fancy logo or a marketing plan to show people. We just open the doors in the morning and get to work. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing them ourselves. That's just part of the business. It's honest work and it keeps us busy. We like being on Police Station Road because everyone knows where it is. It's a good, solid spot for a mill like ours, and we've been part of Rajam for years.
