Dealing with steel in a town like this means you see the same faces often. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us handling the local supply and the logistics for the region. The street gets a bit dusty when the trucks go by, but that is part of the job. We spend most of the morning checking the inventory and talking to the drivers. Andhra Pradesh has a lot of growth, and Srikakulam is a part of that, so there is always some work to do. We don't use fancy slogans or big posters.
