Duchy Developers Llp is based on Palakonda Road at D.No: 5 /1 /35/B. We are right on Sunnapu Veedhi, directly across from Kameswari Jewellers. That landmark is usually how we tell people to find us, because the street can get a bit confusing otherwise. It’s a busy road with a lot of traffic passing by, so there is always some noise from the scooters and cars outside. Our office is a simple place with a few desks and a small area where we keep our project supplies. We don’t have any high-end furniture or expensive art on the walls. It’s a working space through and through. We spend our time checking on site progress and handling the various tasks that come with being developers. The area is full of other small businesses, so there is a nice sense of community. We know the people at the shops nearby and often see the same faces every morning. It’s a practical location for us, even if parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We don’t bother with corporate polish or fancy slogans. We are just a group of people working out of a modest office on a busy street. It’s honest work and we like the pace of it. If you’re ever near the jewelry store, you’ll probably see our sign across the way. We’re just regular folks doing our part in the local industry.
