Diplomo In Civil

This is Srihari speaking, and I work alongside my father, Narasimham. We have a small practice called Diplomo In Civil. It is not a big firm with many employees; it is mostly just the two of us handling what comes our way. My father has been in this field for a long time and he has taught me almost everything I know about construction and civil work. We don't have a proper office building with a nameplate. We mostly work from our home or travel directly to the sites where the work is happening. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day checking the levels of a new foundation or making sure the bricks are laid straight. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing things. People usually find us because my father knows so many people in the trade. We carry our tools in an old bag and use a simple motorbike to get around. We are practical people who believe in doing the job right the first time so there are no complaints later. It is a bit of a struggle sometimes with the weather or getting the right materials on time, but we manage. We are just a father and son trying to make a living through our civil work skills. We don't need much more than some paper, a pen, and a measuring tape to get started on a new job.
