Sky Hi Developers

Being on Hanuman Ganj Road is always interesting because of the traffic. We are located near the Shaker Tanu Bypass, so there is always a lot of movement. I started Sky Hi Developers because I saw how much building was happening in this part of the city. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us trying to make sense of the construction world. Most of my day is spent on site visits or sitting in the office dealing with contractors. The office isn't anything special, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the dust from the bypass gets in, but that’s just part of being here. We deal with a lot of people who are looking to build something for their families. It takes a lot of time to get everything right, and sometimes things get delayed, but we just keep pushing through. We know the local rules and the people who live around Hanuman Ganj Road pretty well. It’s more of a community thing for us than just a business. We see the same faces every day. We don't use big words or make huge promises we can't keep. We just show up, do the work, and try to get the buildings finished. It’s hard work, but seeing a house finally stand up on a plot is a good feeling. We’re just regular people working hard to make things happen on this busy stretch of road.
