You can find us at number 37 in the Purani Anaj Mandi area. We are right beside the Shagun Hotel, which most people use as a landmark when they are coming to see us. Shiv Agency has been around for a good number of years. This part of town used to be the main hub for the grain trade, and you can still feel that history in the old buildings and the way the streets are laid out. Our office is quite basic, just a few wooden chairs, a sturdy table, and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't believe in spending money on things we don't need, so we keep the decor simple and functional. It can get quite noisy outside with the hotel guests coming and going and the general bustle of the mandi. We usually keep the door propped open to let some air in, even if it brings in a bit of noise and dust. We don't have a big team of people working here, so you’ll usually find the same one or two faces every time you visit. We don't have any big slogans or advertisements. We just handle the agency work and try to keep our records straight. It’s a steady way to spend the day, and we like the routine of it.
