Hanuman Handicrafts Export

Our workshop is located right near the S.V.M. Convent School in Pilibangan. If you know where the post office is, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without noticing. We call it Hanuman Handicrafts Export because that’s what we do, we make things and send them off. It’s pretty quiet out here in Hanumangarh most days, which is fine by us. We spend a lot of time packing boxes and checking orders to make sure everything is where it should be. The floor is usually covered in packing tape and bubble wrap. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we start early in the morning to beat the sun. We aren't a big corporation, just a small team trying to get things done right. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the weather or the roads, but we try to stay on top of it. My uncle started this a long time ago and we just kept it going. We don't spend much money on ads or anything, mostly just word of mouth. The school kids walk by in the afternoon and make a lot of noise, which is how we know it’s almost time to wrap up for the day. It’s a simple life here. We just focus on the pieces we're making and getting them to the post office on time. Nothing too fancy about it. We just hope the boxes arrive in one piece.
