Out here in Lepakshi Mandal, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We are located at Survey No. 84-1 in Manepalli. It’s basically open fields and farm land all around us. The office is just a simple space where we keep our records and talk to the drivers. Sometimes we have to wait around for hours if a delivery is late, so we just sit under the shade and drink some tea. It's a quiet life mostly. We don't have fancy marketing people or big meetings. It's just about getting the food from the ground to where it needs to go. Everyone knows everyone else in this panchayath, so news travels fast by word of mouth. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily load as it comes in. It is honest work and it keeps us busy enough.
