Rsry Infrastructure Private Limited is situated at H.No. 1/30, which is right in front of the Ingvysya Bank in Kondakamarla, Anantapur. Being across from the bank makes it easy for people to find our office. We do infrastructure work, which basically means we spend our time on roads and foundations and things like that. The office is a simple place where we keep our maps and the equipment we use for measuring. Anantapur gets very hot, so the office is a good place to hide from the sun for a bit at noon. We aren't a big corporate firm; we are just a local team trying to do a good job. Most of our workers live nearby and we have all known each other for a long time. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we manage to get through it eventually. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just show up at H.No. 1/30 in the morning and go where the work is. The bank across the street always has people coming and going, so it feels like a lively part of the village. We prefer being out in the field to sitting in the office, but you have to do both to keep things running. It’s hard work and the days are usually pretty long, but it keeps us busy. We just take one project at a time and try to get it done right.
