In this part of Punjab, milk and dairy products are a big part of life. We aren't a giant industrial plant. It is more of a local operation where we handle the collection and processing of dairy. The days start very early here, usually before the sun is even up, because that is when the milk comes in. It’s a lot of cleaning and making sure the containers are ready. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. It’s more about the stainless steel and the cold storage. Sometimes the roads around Gidderbaha are a bit rough for the trucks, but we make it work. We are just a private limited company trying to do a good job in our village. There is no corporate manual here. We just know how the work needs to be done from years of doing it. Most of the guys working here grew up around farms, so they understand the animals and the product. We just focus on getting the dairy out to where it needs to go.
