Sandhu Farm

Sandhu Farm is located out in Chak No. 16- O, which is part of the Sri Karanpur tehsil. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s quiet once you arrive. We spend most of our days out in the fields or checking on the sheds. Depending on the time of year, we might be planting or getting ready for the harvest. There is always something that needs fixing, whether it’s a fence or a tractor part. The house is right near the main gate, and we usually have some dogs running around the yard. It’s a simple life out here. We don’t have much use for a formal office, so most of the business stuff happens at the kitchen table over a cup of tea. The soil here is good, but we have to keep a close eye on the water supply. Some seasons are better than others, and you just learn to live with what the weather gives you. Neighbors stop by to borrow tools or talk about the market prices. We’ve lived on this land for generations, so everyone around Sri Karanpur knows the Sandhu name. It’s hard work and the days are long, starting before the sun is even up. We don't have any staff in suits; it's just family and a few local workers who help during the busy months. It's a real farm where things get dirty and the work never really stops. We just focus on the crops and the animals.
