Working in the industrial area of Sri Ganganagar means dealing with a lot of dust and a lot of sun. Our place is at Plot No. 5, right behind Haryana Bhawan. It is a solid spot for what we do at Al Barakh Agro Industries. Sri Ganganagar is known for its farming, so being in the agro business feels right for this location. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of the crops and making sure the machines are running okay. It’s not a quiet job, there’s always something humming or clicking in the background. The building itself is just a regular industrial structure, nothing special to look at from the outside. We have a few desks in the front, but most of the action happens in the back where the actual work gets done. Sometimes the truck drivers get lost looking for Haryana Bhawan, so we have to go out to the main road to wave them in. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours, especially during the harvest seasons. We don't really have a lot of time for fancy meetings or anything. We just drink our chai, check the orders, and keep things moving. The weather here can be tough, but the work is steady and that’s what matters to us in the end.
