Urbanrise Properties Llp is over in Nellore, right by the Sai Vidyanikethan School. Our address is 16-3-147 in the Ramalingapuram area. It is a lively spot because of the school, so we see lots of families and kids every day when we are coming in to work. The office itself is pretty simple and doesn’t have much in the way of decorations. We just have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a computer that’s seen better days. We spend most of our time here dealing with property matters and paperwork. It is not the kind of place with a big lobby or fancy coffee machines. We just make our own tea and get on with the day. Sometimes people stop by looking for the school and we point them in the right direction. Nellore is a decent place to work, even if it gets really hot in the summer months. We’ve been here a while now and know the local streets well. The 524003 area is home for us. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how to get the job done without making a big fuss about it. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation.
