URBANRISE CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Ramalingapuram, Nellore. Our address is a bit confusing because they changed the numbers from the old 16-3-147 to the new 16-8-370. We are right beside the Saividyanikethan School, so we hear the school bell and the kids playing every single day. It is a lively spot to have an office. We are an urban construction team, but we do not act like those big city firms. We are Nellore people through and through. Our office is filled with the smell of old paper and cement dust from the samples we keep on the shelves. We spend our mornings checking the schedules and our afternoons out at the sites making sure the work is being done right. It is not always easy and sometimes we have disagreements about how to handle a certain wall or a piece of plumbing. But we always work it out because we have been doing this a long time. We do not use any polished language or try to act like we are something we are not. We are just a construction company that knows the streets of Ramalingapuram. We take our work seriously but we do not take ourselves too seriously. If you see us near the school, we are probably just heading out to another project.
