Urbanrise Builders LLP is located near the Sai Vidyanikethan School. Our place is H. No. 16-3-147 in Ramalingapuram, Nellore. It’s a busy spot especially when the school gets out. You can hear the kids shouting and the rickshaws honking all the time. We do a lot of building work around here. Nellore is a place where it’s always warm, so we spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking at site maps. We started this because we know the local area well. We aren't some massive company from a big city. We are right here in the neighborhood. Some days we are out in the sun all day checking on foundations. Other days we are just stuck in the office doing paperwork. It’s a mix. Our office isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of the small details that people don't usually think about until something goes wrong. We try to avoid that. Most of the people who work with us have been around for years. We know the suppliers and the guys who haul the bricks. It’s a small world in Nellore construction. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, making sure houses get built properly. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough. That’s the long and short of it for our small group here.
