People stop by the office to ask about different ventures we have going on. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here is wearing a suit unless they absolutely have to. We prefer just getting out to the sites and seeing how the ground looks. The address in Chandra Naikthanda is easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood. We’ve got a few people handling the phones and the rest of us are usually out and about. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a couple of chairs and a lot of work to do. It feels like a real part of the community here. The traffic around Khanam Pet can be a pain in the afternoon, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a marketing department. It’s mostly word of mouth that brings people in. We keep our records organized as best as we can. It’s a living, and we’re glad to be doing it.
