Shoba Infra Ventures Llp is located in Gudur Town, specifically at H. No. 6/130 in New Balaji Nagar. We are in the East Gudur area of the Nellore district. Our office is essentially a part of the local neighborhood, so it does not feel like a cold corporate space. We work on various infra ventures around the town and the surrounding areas. The team here is made up of local people who know Gudur very well. We do not have a big office in a city; we prefer being right here where we can see the progress of our work. Most of our day is spent out on the field or meeting with people about land and construction. It is a lot of walking and talking, which is how things get done around here. We do not use any fancy presentation tools. Usually, we just sit down with a notebook and go over the details. The office is a quiet place where we handle our bookkeeping and planning. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors who stop by to say hello. It is a very relaxed atmosphere, but we still work hard to make sure our projects are moving along. Gudur is a nice place to live and work, and we are glad to be part of the community here. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to do things the right way without any fuss.
