We are over here in Gudur, specifically in Valayananda Puram. It’s a busy enough spot in Nellore. The office is at 15-175. We’ve been handling property stuff for a while now. Some days it is just about sorting through paperwork for land, while other days people come in asking about houses. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a few of us working. The weather gets pretty hot around here in Andhra, so we spend a lot of time in the office trying to keep things moving. We deal with local folks mostly. If you know the area, you know where we are. It’s right there in the neighborhood. We don’t really do big ads or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we could help with a plot of land. It’s straightforward work, I guess. We keep the files organized and try to answer questions when they come up. Nellore is growing, so there is always something happening with real estate. We just focus on our corner of it in Gudur. Sometimes the phone rings all day, other times it’s quiet and we just catch up on things. That’s how it goes for Sedere Properties. We are just a local private limited company doing our job every day. No big mystery to it. Anyway, we are just real people working in a small office in AP.
