Reycon Buildtech Private Limited runs its operations out of Flat No. 505 in the Vensa Nanu Residency. We're located on 5th Street in Haranathapuram, which is a busy neighborhood in Nellore. If you’ve spent any time in this part of Andhra Pradesh, you know the 524002 area is constantly seeing new builds. Our office is a modest space where we coordinate all our building technology work. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff; we’re a dedicated team working out of an apartment-style office. Most days are spent on the phone with suppliers or looking over floor plans on the dining table we converted into a desk. Haranathapuram is a good spot for us because it’s central to many of the sites we manage. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just the reality of working in a residential-commercial mix. We focus on getting the technical details of our builds right. It's not always easy keeping everything on track with the local weather and material delays, but we manage. People often drop by the residency to talk about upcoming projects. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy reception area. It’s just Flat 505. We keep things honest and work hard to make sure our buildtech projects actually get finished.
