Our spot is located at D. No Venkatagiri in the Nellore district, with the pin code 524132. It’s a straightforward setup here. We’re basically operating out of a local premises that's been around for quite some time. The office is part of the daily life in Venkatagiri, and we see a lot of the same people passing by every day. It’s not a big city environment. Things move a little slower here, which we don’t mind. We handle the Lanco Industries work for this area, mostly focusing on the day-to-day tasks that keep everything running. The space is a bit cramped with all the records and equipment we’ve accumulated over the years, but it works for us. We don’t have a fancy sign or a big glass front. Most people find us just by asking around the neighborhood or looking for the place associated with P. Govindu’s family. The heat in Nellore can be pretty tough, so we usually start our day early to get the bulk of the work done before it gets too bad. We’re just a small group of guys who’ve worked together for ages. We don’t have meetings about meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It’s a very practical way to work. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just here in Venkatagiri, doing our jobs and making sure the business stays on track.
