Our office for Kubera Properties LLP is situated on Pinakini Avenue in Nellore. The address is 16/4/1716/4, in Revenue Ward No 16 - IV. Nellore is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, or at least it feels that way sometimes. We work on property matters around here. It’s not a very large operation, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Pinakini Avenue is a familiar spot for most locals. We spend our time looking at land records and talking to people about their property needs. We don't use any of those slick marketing phrases you see in big city ads. We just talk like normal people. Sometimes the weather in Nellore gets really hot, so we spend a lot of time in the office with the fan going full blast, sorting through files. We’ve seen the way the town has grown over the years. We try to be practical about everything. If someone is looking for a piece of land, we show them what we have without any pressure. It’s about being decent neighbors more than anything else. The paperwork can be a real grind sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the local system. We are usually here at the office if you need anything, though sometimes we’re out at a site in the ward.
