We are located at No. 17 on the ground floor of Vaikunda Vathiyar Street. Being in Sowcarpet means it is always incredibly busy outside our door. There are people everywhere and it is a lot of work just to get a delivery vehicle down the street. Our office is right on the ground floor, which is convenient for moving goods in and out. It is a small space, and we have it packed with boxes and product samples. There is not much room for anything else. We have been operating Saritha Impex from this location for quite a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with orders to worry about that. Most of the day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop in. It is a loud neighborhood, but we have grown to like the energy of it. We do not have any fancy marketing materials or a polished front office. We just have our products and our desk. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped, especially when we get a large shipment, but we make it work. It is a family-run kind of vibe here. We are not some big corporate entity. We are just people working in a busy market area, trying to get things done and keep our customers satisfied. We stay late most nights just to catch up on things before we go home.
