Lomassi Fashion Industries Private Limited is based in Dwarka, specifically at H-73 on the 7th floor of Plot No. 06, Sector-22. We are located within the DGS Cooperative Ground Housing Society. It is a bit unusual to be up on the 7th floor of a housing society, but it gives us a good view of the area and it is much quieter than being on the street level. We have turned the space into a working office where we manage all the fashion production. Because we are in a residential society, we have to be a bit careful about noise and people coming in and out. It’s a very clean and organized environment compared to the industrial hubs. We spend a lot of time on our computers and looking at samples that get delivered to us. The elevator is sometimes slow, so we have to plan our day around that. Dwarka is a well-planned sub-city and it is a nice place to be based. We are a small group and we mostly work in a very quiet, focused way. It doesn't feel like a typical factory at all. We just handle the design and management side of things from here. It is a professional but very relaxed atmosphere. We are just people who like fashion working out of a nice apartment building in South West Delhi.
