Biconic Fashion House (Opc) Private Limited

Our office is actually inside Flat 77 on the ground floor of Peepal Apartment in Dwarka, Sector 17. It’s a bit unusual because it’s a residential area, so it feels very much like a home. Biconic Fashion House is run out of a few rooms here. We have converted the living space into a work area with tables for cutting and desks for the administrative stuff. It’s a very quiet pocket of Dwarka, which we like. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes take a break. Since we’re on the ground floor, it’s easy to move boxes in and out without having to deal with stairs or elevators. We have stacks of inventory in the corners and sample garments hanging on the doors. It’s not a place where you’ll find fancy glass partitions or receptionists. Usually, it’s just one of us opening the door if someone knocks. We spend most of the day checking orders and making sure the logistics are moving. It’s a small-scale operation, very personal and direct. We know where everything is, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We’ve been here for some time now, and the neighbors don't seem to mind us. It’s a practical setup that works for what we need. We don't have big meetings, just quick chats over tea to decide what needs to be done next.
