Yoga Expert And Naturopath

We are based over at B 101B in Vasant Kunj. It’s a little spot in the Vasant Kunj Enclave, right near Pine Hospital. We have been doing yoga and naturopathy here for a while now. It’s not a big fancy studio with expensive mats or anything. We just have a clean space where we practice. Naturopathy is also something we do. We try to use natural ways to help people feel a bit better. Delhi is so fast and noisy, so having a place like this in the enclave is nice. People from the neighborhood usually walk over. We aren't into those big marketing campaigns. We just open our doors and help whoever comes in. Sometimes we talk about food, other times it’s about how to breathe better or stretch. It’s all very simple and down to earth. Being near the hospital is helpful for people to find us. We have seen a lot of folks come through over the years. Some are regular and some just come once. We don’t mind. We just focus on what we know. The address is easy to find if you are in Vasant Kunj. It’s just a regular part of our daily lives here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just a local place for yoga and some natural health stuff. We just keep it simple at B 101B and do our thing.
