Ych Logistics India Pvt Ltd Gurgaon is based in Rangpuri, New Delhi. We are located near the girls' school in a lane called Vimla Choudary Galli. Mukesh Choudary helps manage the space here. It is a bit of a crowded area, especially when the school day ends and the street fills up with people and rickshaws. We have been in this spot for some time now. Our work is all about logistics, which mostly means we spend our day tracking shipments and talking to drivers. The office is pretty basic. We have some computers and a lot of logbooks. It is not a shiny Gurgaon high-rise, even though our name says Gurgaon. We are actually on the Delhi side, near the airport. This makes it a good spot for moving things around. We don't use any fancy management talk. We just focus on making sure the goods aren't sitting around for too long. The team here is small and we all do a bit of everything. If a truck is late, we are the ones who have to figure out why. It is a lot of practical work and solving small problems all day. We like being in Rangpuri because it feels like a real neighborhood. You can hear the sounds of the street and the school while we work. It’s just a normal place where we get the logistics done without any fuss.
