Our location is at A-15 Ayudh Vihar, right on Plot No. 3 in Sector-13. It’s very close to the Dwarka Sector 13 area, so it’s easy enough for people to find if they know the landmark. The building is one of those sturdy structures you see all over this part of town. We’ve been here long enough that the staff knows the best spots for lunch nearby. The rooms inside are a bit small, but we make the most of the space we have. It’s a busy environment most days. We don’t spend much time worrying about how things look; we’re more concerned with getting the paperwork done and helping whoever walks through the door. There’s a certain rhythm to the day here, from the first person who unlocks the door to the last one who turns off the lights. The hallway is often filled with the sound of people talking and phones ringing. It’s not always quiet, and it’s certainly not fancy. We deal with the same daily headaches as anyone else, like a printer jamming or the water cooler running dry. It’s just a bunch of us working together in Dwarka. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a local hospital office trying to stay on top of things in a crowded sector. People stop by because we’re nearby and they know they can just walk in and talk to someone.
