Our place is at H-4/96 in Mahaveer Enclave, which is part of the Dwarka side of New Delhi. If you’ve been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s a bit of a maze with all the blocks and numbers. We are in one of those standard buildings that you see all over the 110045 area. It’s pretty crowded on the streets, especially when everyone is coming home from work. The office itself is quite plain. We have some tables, chairs, and our computers. We don't have a reception desk or anything formal. People usually just knock and walk in. We spend a lot of time on the phones and dealing with emails. The air conditioning is essential here during the summer months, though it struggles sometimes. We aren't a huge operation. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things moving. We usually get tea from the stall at the end of the lane. It’s a very local experience. We don't try to sound like a big multinational. We are just a local office in Dwarka. The address is long, but it’s the only way the courier finds us. We keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the street vendors, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We just want to get through our list of things to do and make sure everything is handled properly before we lock up at night.
