Our office is located on the first floor of A-24 in Mahipal Pur, right off the NH 8. Being so close to the highway makes it easy for us to see the traffic flow, which is pretty important in logistics. It’s a loud area with all the noise from the road, but we’ve gotten used to the constant hum of cars and trucks. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through stacks of documents and talking to agents on the phone. Logistics is a messy business sometimes, with lots of moving parts that don't always want to align. We spend a lot of time tracking shipments and dealing with customs stuff that can be quite a headache. We aren't some giant corporate headquarters, just a practical space where work gets done. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We try to stay on top of things, but with the time zones being what they are, someone is usually working late. It's not a glamorous job, but it's what we know. We've been in Mahipal Pur for a while now and it’s a good spot for this kind of work. We don't use any fancy jargon, we just talk to people and try to get their goods moved across the border or across the country without too many delays. Some days the phones never stop ringing, but that's just life here.
