World Brain Center Hospital

Over on Pankha Road, you’ll find the World Brain Center Hospital. It’s a place where we mostly deal with things related to the head and nerves. The building itself is pretty functional. There isn’t a lot of fancy decoration because we are mostly focused on the patients in the beds. During the monsoon, the road outside gets a bit messy, but inside it’s always the same routine. Doctors come in early, check on their rounds, and then spend a lot of time looking at scans. We have a front desk where the staff handles the registrations. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and things get a little hectic. The waiting area has a few old magazines and some benches. It’s not a fancy building, it’s just a hospital. People come from all over this part of town because it’s a familiar spot on Pankha Road. We have nurses who work the night shift and they’re the ones who really know how the place runs when it’s quiet. They drink a lot of tea to stay awake. There is a small area to get food nearby, which is good for the families who are staying for the day. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people just find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. The parking can be a bit tricky on Pankha Road during rush hour, but people usually manage to find a spot eventually. We just try to get the work done.
