Wings Sales Promotions

Down in Laxmi Vihar, things stay pretty loud and active. Our office for Wings Sales Promotions is located at Rz-162 on Gali Number 5. It’s a narrow street but we have been here long enough that we know all the neighbors. We do sales promotions, which basically means we are always on the phone or out meeting people. New Delhi summers are tough for this kind of work. The dust gets everywhere. We have a small room where we keep our samples and the promotional materials we use. Most of the staff comes from nearby areas, so we all know the shortcuts to avoid the main road traffic. It’s not a corporate building with glass walls or anything. It’s just a regular building in a residential-commercial mix area. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. By evening, the street is full of kids playing and bikes passing by. We handle whatever tasks come our way for the day. Sometimes there’s a lot of paper to go through. Other times, we are just waiting for a delivery to arrive. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just the work we do. It’s a basic life here. We make sure the orders are tracked and the clients get their stuff. That’s about it for us. We just try to keep the desk clean and the phone lines open for whatever comes next.
