Windows

Our shop is called Windows and we are located at 203, 1 M.G. Road, right on the Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road. It is a busy stretch of road, so we get a lot of people passing by every day. We’ve been in this specific unit for quite a while now. The name pretty much tells you everything you need to know about what we do. We deal with all sorts of window frames and glass. It’s a practical business. We don't have a big, shiny showroom with a lot of lights. It’s more of a workspace where we keep samples and tools. People come in with their measurements and we talk about what might work best for their house or office. Sometimes we have to go out to the site because measurements on paper don't always tell the whole story. M.G. Road has changed a lot since we first moved in, with more big buildings and faster cars, but we just keep doing our thing. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have corporate meetings or anything like that. We just look at the schedule and get to work. Some days are slow and we spend time organizing the glass bits, and other days it feels like everyone needs a new window at the same time. We just take it as it comes. We’ve learned that being honest with people about what fits and what doesn't is the best way to run things.
