Vrl Logistics has a spot in Palam Colony here in New Delhi. Sunil Kansal and Anil Jain operate from Wz-336 in Gali Number 9/5 in the Sadh Nagar area. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, very crowded and full of life. Operating a logistics business from here means we have to be very careful with how we move our vehicles through the narrow lanes. We spend a lot of time just managing the space we have and making sure the parcels are sorted correctly. It’s not a fancy setup, just a local office where we keep track of the deliveries and talk to the customers who come by. The air is always a bit dusty and the noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just move things from one place to another. Sometimes the weather in Delhi makes it hard, especially in the extreme heat or when the fog rolls in during winter. We just do our best to keep everything on schedule despite those things. It’s a lot of manual logging and checking addresses on maps. We aren't some big faceless corporation when you talk to us; we are just the people working in the office in Sadh Nagar. It’s a tough business but we stay busy and try to keep things organized enough so the job gets done.
