Our little spot is inside Vardhman Citi Mall, over in Sector 23. We are on the third floor, Shop 344. If you know the mall, you know it can get pretty crowded on the weekends, but during the week it is a bit quieter for us to get our trading work finished. The plot is Number 3, and being in South West Delhi makes it easy enough for most people to find us if they are already in the Dwarka area. We spend a lot of time just managing the inventory and talking on the phone with suppliers. It’s a typical mall shop, not very huge, but we make the most of the space we have. There’s a lot of walking involved when we have to go down to the parking or move boxes around. The mall has its own vibe, with the food stalls downstairs and other shops nearby. Sometimes we grab a quick lunch from one of the vendors nearby when things get too busy to leave the area. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up, check the orders, and start the day. It is just a regular trading business, nothing too complicated about it. The lighting in the mall is always bright, so it never really feels like evening until we actually step outside and see the sun going down over Delhi.
