Ved Builders Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in House No. 308/12 in R. K. Puram. It’s a residential area in New Delhi, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. Ved Builders Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for a good bit of time. If you come by, you’ll probably see blueprints spread out over the big wooden table in the front room. We do a lot of site visits, so sometimes the place is empty except for one person handling the calls. Construction in Delhi is a headache with all the rules and the traffic. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to get materials delivered to different sites across the city. The office isn’t much to look at, just a few filing cabinets and a computer that’s a bit slow. We deal with brick, cement, and laborers every day. It’s dirty work most of the time. We aren’t one of those massive firms with glass buildings. We’re just a small team trying to get houses and projects finished on time. Sometimes the weather stops us, or the trucks get stuck in a jam. We just handle it as it comes. Usually, we are out at a site by noon. If you need us, you just leave a message or wait for someone to get back from a plot. It's how we’ve been doing things in Delhi for years, just moving from one project to the next.
