If you are looking for us, we are over at 564, Chandanwari Apartments in Sector 10, Dwarka. It’s Plot No 8, right in the heart of that part of New Delhi. Being in an apartment complex makes for an interesting work environment. You have families living right next door, so you hear the sounds of everyday life while we are trying to manage our projects. It’s a bit of a maze to find the right door sometimes if you haven't been here before. Our office is basically filled with desks, chairs, and stacks of blueprints that never seem to get smaller. Dwarka is a nice place to work because everything is so planned out, but the Delhi summer still makes the office feel like an oven if the AC isn't running full blast. We spend a lot of time on the phone or coordinating with people across the city. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We usually eat lunch together and complain about the traffic on the Outer Ring Road. We aren't trying to be some big, shiny corporation. We’re just a group of people in an apartment in Dwarka trying to make sure our projects stay on track. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but we manage to pull it through. It’s just a normal office in a normal neighborhood, and we like it that way. No fuss, just plenty of work.
