Vatslya Ayurveda Panchkarma Treatmentand Research is located on the lower ground floor of building 37 B in Chattarpur. It is quite close to the Sai Complex, which most people around here know. Being in a basement level means it stays a bit cooler during the hot Delhi summers, which is a relief for us and the people visiting. We focus on traditional Ayurvedic things like massage oils and cleaning treatments. The whole place usually smells like herbs and sandalwood. It is not a very flashy office. We have the wooden tables for the treatments and some storage for all the different oils we use. Most of the work is hands-on and takes a bit of time, so we don't rush through things. We see a lot of people who are tired of regular medicine and want to try something more old-fashioned. The neighborhood is a bit dusty with all the construction always happening in Chattarpur, but inside it is mostly quiet. We have a small group of workers who handle the treatments and the research side of things too. We don't really do much fancy talk. We just explain how the oils work and get to it. Sometimes the local traffic makes people late for their sessions, but we usually just adjust the schedule. It is a very practical, down-to-earth place. We just spend our days helping people relax and get their health back on track using the old ways.
