We operate out of A 402 in the Katyayani Apartment complex in Sector 6, Dwarka. It’s a residential building, so it’s much quieter than being right on the main road. We chose this spot because it’s easy to get to and has a bit of a peaceful vibe. Our office is basically an apartment that we’ve converted. One room is for the computers, and the other is where we keep all the records and maps. It’s a bit tight when we have more than three people in the room. We mostly work on real estate and local management stuff. Dwarka is a big area, so we spend a lot of time driving between different sectors. The guards at the gate know us well by now. We don't have big flashy advertisements. Most people find us through friends or neighbors who have used our services before. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the day. It’s a very informal atmosphere. Sometimes we work on the balcony if the weather is nice, though that’s rare in Delhi. We have a lot of plants in the office to make it feel less like a workspace. It’s just a handful of us trying to keep everything organized. We don't have a big corporate structure. If you have a question, you just ask whoever is sitting closest to you. It’s a simple, honest way to work.
