You can find us at B 221 in Palam Extension 1, right near Ramphal Chowk. We are close to the Adidas showroom, which is usually how people find their way here. Dwarka Sector 7 is a busy spot, and there’s always something happening outside on the street. Our clinic is a small, focused place. We mostly deal with eye exams and getting people sorted with their vision. It’s not a massive hospital, just a local clinic where we know many of the patients by name. The waiting area is small, so it can feel crowded if more than four or five people show up at once. We have the usual eye charts on the wall and the machines for checking pressure and focus. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but that’s necessary for what we do. The staff is just a couple of us who have worked together for a long time. We handle the appointments, the testing, and the billing ourselves. It gets a bit hectic when the phone doesn’t stop ringing, but we manage. Sometimes we have to tell people to wait a bit longer if a complicated case comes in. It’s just the reality of a small practice. We like being in Dwarka; it feels like a real neighborhood. We keep a bowl of hard candies on the counter for the kids who come in. It helps keep them quiet during the exams.
