We've been around the Ghitorni area for a while now. Vastu Developers Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us working out of our office here in Delhi 110030. People around here know where to find us. It’s not a big corporate setup or anything like that. We just handle the usual development work that comes up in this part of town. Most days are spent on-site or dealing with the paperwork that piles up. It gets busy, especially with the way Delhi is growing lately. We started small and stayed that way because it's easier to talk to people directly. If you walk past our spot in Mob Ghitorni, you'll see we aren't fancy. There’s always tea going and someone arguing over a blueprint. That’s just how it is here. We do the building and the planning bits. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We don't really do big ads or anything. Most folks find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. The weather in Delhi can be a real pain for construction, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and finish what we started. It’s a simple business model, really. We take on a project, we get the materials, and we get it done. No fuss. That’s pretty much the story of Vastu Developers Pvt Ltd. We're just locals doing our bit in the neighborhood and hoping to stay busy for the next few years at least.
