Varindera Constructions Ltd.

Our office is right at H. No. 306 in Block B of Phase II. If you're coming from Hanuman Chowk, you'll find us pretty easily in Qutub Vihar. It’s more of a house than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. Varindera Constructions Ltd. has been based here in New Delhi 110071 for a bit. The street outside can get a bit narrow when the trucks come by, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and stacks of cement samples or tiles lying around in corners. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the actual building sites. It’s usually loud because of the traffic and the local shops nearby. I usually start the morning with a quick tea and then look at the plans for the day. We don't have a big sign outside, just the door. Sometimes people get lost looking for the specific block, but once you find the park nearby, you’re close. It’s a practical space. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. We just need a roof and a place to keep the tools and the ledgers. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but work comes first. Most evenings, we’re still here finishing up reports while the neighborhood starts to quiet down. It’s a decent place to work, even if the stairs are a bit steep.
