We are based at Rzh-260, also on Gali No. 8 in Raj Nagar-II. Palam Colony is our home base in New Delhi. Ut Worldwide (India) Pvt Ltd is the name on the door, but to most people around here, we are just the neighbors who do shipping. We deal with worldwide logistics, which sounds a bit more grand than it feels when you are sitting in an office in Palam. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls to different time zones. Sometimes we are here late because of the time difference with other countries. The office at Rzh-260 is where all the planning happens. We have to keep track of a lot of different moving parts. Gali No. 8 is a lively street, and we are right in the mix with the other businesses. We aren't into those mission statements or anything like that. We just try to make sure that whatever is being sent gets there without getting stuck somewhere. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of typing. Some days the phones never stop ringing, and other days it’s a bit more quiet and we can catch up on the filing. We have a simple setup and a small team that knows what they are doing. It’s just how we operate here in New Delhi. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. That is what our days are like at Rzh-260.
