Usha Bisht

This is basically just Usha Bisht. I’m located over in Mehrauli at New Mangla Puri, house number 126. It’s a quiet enough spot if you know where you’re going, but New Mangla Puri can be a bit of a maze if it’s your first time visiting. I started doing this work because I noticed people needed help with things and I had the time and the skills to handle it. It’s just a small setup here. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy reception area. It’s more of a personal thing where I deal with everyone directly. I think people appreciate that because they know who they are talking to. I’ve been in this area for quite some time now, so I know most of the people around. Most of my work comes through word of mouth. Someone tells a neighbor, and then they call me up. I try to be fair and just do a good job so people are satisfied. It’s not complicated. I spend my days sorting through whatever tasks are on the schedule. Sometimes it’s a lot, sometimes it’s a bit slower. That’s just the way it goes when you’re running your own thing. I’m usually around during the day, so if someone stops by, we can chat about what needs to be done. It’s a simple life and I like it that way.
