This is basically a home setup in New Ashiana Cghs Ltd. We are in Sector 6 of Dwarka, which is a pretty decent residential area in New Delhi. Tejinder Singh Shahi runs things from House No 323. It is not a commercial building with a big lobby or anything like that. It is just an apartment where the work happens. Living and working in the same place has its challenges, like when the doorbell rings for a delivery right when you are busy. The plot No 10 area is usually quiet during the day because most people are out at their jobs. We have a desk in the corner with a laptop and a printer that occasionally jams. It is just a simple way of doing things. Being in Dwarka means we are close to the markets if we need supplies or just a quick snack. The balcony has a few plants that look okay when they get watered. We don't have a big team of people running around. It is just a low-key operation where we handle whatever comes in. Most of the communication happens over the phone or email anyway. It feels more like a personal project than a big company. We keep the files organized in a cabinet near the window. It is a steady routine that works for this kind of location. Just a normal house turned into a workspace.
