Universal Construction Machinery & Equipment is over at Rz-77 in New Roshan Pura. That is right by Nehru Garden in the Najafgarh part of New Delhi. We’ve been at this address for a while, and it’s a busy little corner of the city. Being in Najafgarh means there is always a lot of movement outside our door. We handle the machinery and equipment side of the construction world. It is a lot of logistics and talking to people on the phone about what they need for their building sites. The office is pretty basic and functional. We have our files, our phones, and a place to sit and have some chai while we work through the day's list. It’s not one of those polished offices you see in the movies. It’s a real place with real people working in it. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. The garden nearby is a good place to walk if we need a break from the desks. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big promises. We just take the orders, check the equipment, and make sure things get done. It’s a bit noisy because of the Delhi streets, but we are used to that. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the machinery business day after day.
