Tulasi Psychiatric & Rehabiliation Centre

Our center is located out in Mehrauli at Plot No-5 Farms. It’s near the Rehine Shamsi Talab and Andheri More. Being out here is a bit different than being in the middle of a crowded market. It’s a bit more open, which helps with the kind of work we do here. We deal with people who are going through some tough times with their mental health or addiction. It’s not an easy job, and the days can be quite long. We have a routine that we follow to keep things stable for everyone staying with us. The building is functional and has what we need to house people and have our sessions. We don’t really talk about ourselves in a fancy way. We are just a group of people working in rehab and psychiatry. The area has a lot of history with the old monuments nearby, but we mostly stay focused on what’s happening inside our gates. We have staff here around the clock because that’s the nature of the business. It’s quiet most of the time, except for when we have group activities. We just try to keep a decent environment and do our jobs without making things more complicated than they already are for the folks here. It's a heavy line of work, but we just keep at it every single day. We share meals and try to keep things steady for everyone.
